When will I receive my order?

We have a  3-5  business day processing time. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

Please note, orders can be delayed due to holidays and inclement weather. 


Shipping is taking a long time, what should I do?

Once your order has been shipped it is out of our hands. We have seen packages get hung up in certain locations, but in our experience they almost always make it to their destination eventually. If an item is marked 'delivered' but isn't physically there, it often arrives within the next day or two. Please keep an eye on the tracking info provided with your order and contact your local post office before reaching out to us.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please contact us if your country does not appear at checkout.


What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer exchanges. Refunds are only issued under special circumstances.

Damaged goods are not always replaceable (ex. limited edition items). Buyer must understand that sometimes things go wrong during the shipping process that we have no control over.
